Screens, lighting, natural materials, handmade construction, and production variations may affect how an item appears. Dimensions and measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Vintage, handmade, natural stone, and other individually crafted or naturally varied items may show differences in color, texture, veining, finish, or construction. These variations are part of the character of the item and are not necessarily defects.

4. Velvet Lynx Atelier

Velvet Lynx Atelier is a proprietary label of The Velvet Lynx. The collection may include original designs, when expressly identified, as well as garments and other items thoughtfully selected, sourced, customized, or privately labeled for the collection.

The presence of the Velvet Lynx Atelier name or label does not necessarily mean that an item was designed or manufactured exclusively by The Velvet Lynx. Please review the applicable product page for product specific materials, construction, origin, care, and other available details.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, product limitations, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will issue the appropriate reversal or refund to the original payment method. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time an order is submitted will control, subject to correction of obvious errors.

We currently ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Available shipping methods, charges, thresholds for complimentary shipping, and estimated delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and may also be displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, natural events, high demand, address errors, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts with jurisdiction over Denton County, Texas.
